This cottage on Third Cliff looked to take advantage of spectacular views and maximize space while dealing with a limited 30'x30' buildable footprint. Kitchen and living areas were put at the second floor, while a primary bedroom suite captures the best views from the third floor with its own balcony. The eclectic interior mixes a contemporary feel with a beach and cottage style.
