A large portion of the work we do at Axiom Architects is mixed-use and multifamily design. We take pride in our ability to bring a more traditional New England style look to our larger three and four story housing and commercial projects. This design for a four story mixed-use building in North Scituate, MA, is a great example of that design approach. With 25 residential units and first floor commercial capability, this design has been well received by the community.
This recently completed residence in the Third Cliff neighborhood of Scituate, MA, takes great advantage of ocean views - despite not being directly on the ocean. A second floor kitchen and primary bedroom at the attic level, both with large balconies, provide spectacular views and took full advantage of an extremely restrictive site.
