Renovation of this oceanfront estate involved an addition to the 1895 Mediterranean-style stucco villa overlooking the Cape Cod Bay with a modern kitchen, a master bedroom suite capturing a 270 degree water view and an attached garage with a vehicle turntable.

Other enhancements included restoration of the interior finishes and fixtures, modernization of the mechanical systems, the inclusion of a home theater and a wine cellar, uniquely designed mahogany windows, reproduction of the tile roof and hand-troweled stucco exteriors. Site improvements included a conditioned garage with a crafted beach stone motor court, outdoor recreation and entertainment spaces, and a private garden with fountains and a lap pool.
