This project involved a stylistically sympathetic renovation of the classic modern Hagerty House, designed and built in 1938 by Walter Gropius and Marcel Breuer.  The first floor renovation included the reconfiguration and relocation of the kitchen and the creation of a private study with a screened glazed wall at the top of the Beuer designed stair.  On the second floor, a master bedroom/bathroom suite was added.
