This project involved the restoration of an existing basement space and the addition of a multi-story living area. The basement restoration provided an exciting new wine tasting room with ample space for entertaining as well storage for glassware and art display. The addition of a dedicated, environmentally controlled wine storage room along with a newly remodeled, attractive bathroom provided the owners a superb leisure space to be enjoyed with family and friends.

The multi-story addition encompasses a new exercise room, a guest bedroom suite, an office and the remodel of the existing family room. The office and family room have been further enhanced with unique, customized millwork providing ample art display and storage within the attractively designed rooms.
